How do I wash out the balm?
The balm can be easily removed by thoroughly cleaning the hair with a good shampoo (for a list of customer approved shampoos click here)
We highly recommend double cleansing, and make sure you lather the entire head for at least 15-30 seconds!
Do I need to wash it out everyday?
It depends on how much product you apply to your hair. If you apply a lot of the balm to the hair, the product may build up in the hair and require washing.
Can I wash the brushes?
Yes, the brushes can be washed carefully with a liquid soap or shampoo. Gently towel dry the bristles and handle then dry in direct sunlight.

Not really a “slick back hair” gal but I only brought me this because I lost a lot of my hair after pregnancy then it grew back right infront so I have a lot of annoying short hairs that ruined whatever hairstyle I tried to do and I wanted to find something that I could use to tame it without making my hair go back to being wavy when it’s applied on straightened hair and this is it. I have learnt that you have to pretty much comb it right away where I have been too slow to comb it and it’s left the waxy look, not obvious but I guess you just need to keep combing it? The only downfall for me which isn’t anything major, just something personally from me, I like to straighten my hair and leave it for a week but using this you def need to wash hair after use but I use quite abit because my little hairs otherwise I highly recommend using it
Love the products & brushes, i contemplated buying as i know theres cheaper versions of this out there. But i purchased anyway, decided quality over cheap🤩 Soooo glad i did x and i smell.. is yummmyyyyy, i didnt realise it was scented. Smells like summer everytime i use. My hair which is thick and tangly is loving me rn. THANK YOUUUUU!!!
