How do I wash out the balm?

The balm can be easily removed by thoroughly cleaning the hair with a good shampoo (for a list of customer approved shampoos click here)

We highly recommend double cleansing, and make sure you lather the entire head for at least 15-30 seconds!

Do I need to wash it out everyday?

It depends on how much product you apply to your hair. If you apply a lot of the balm to the hair, the product may build up in the hair and require washing.

Can I wash the brushes?

Yes, the brushes can be washed carefully with a liquid soap or shampoo. Gently towel dry the bristles and handle then dry in direct sunlight.

Best brush ever

The brush is fantastic. My daughter loves the pineapple scent of the wax stick.
I used a code and thought I was also getting a mini wax stick but it didn’t come so either I mucked up the code or it was forgotten. Anyway, best brush ever!

Best Brush

I have very fine hair so when I brush with other brushes it leaves marks revealing my scalp. In the past I’ve used brush, comb and at times a tooth brush to smooth out the marks. This brush though has stopped that. I use my regular brush to combat knots and get my hair up but follow up with this brush to smooth it out and I can’t believe how well it works. I use it without the balm when I want fly aways tamed and the balm for a more sleeked look. The smell of the balm is divine but I would love an option for no fragrance but that’s being very particular. Can’t fault these products and so glad I found them.

FANTASTIC

I’m one of those people who has fluffy hair, it’s not curly and it’s not straight, easily straightened or curled but if there is a hint of humidity in the air my hair instantly turns into a fluffy/frizzy mess and this product absolutely ROCKS!! I pop it in a Po y of choice use the balm to hold in place and brush it in place and it it stays all day, you can you use it for a few days only adding a little more product were needed, but you must use the brush sold with the product it’s must better than any you have in your draw at home, I promise you that! I have thinner hair and i prefer the smaller brush with the yellow bristles, you can also use the leftover product on the big brush as it’s softer to pull down the flyways on fresh washed styled hair without it making it looked overly oily. Just press lightly with the brush
