How do I wash out the balm?
The balm can be easily removed by thoroughly cleaning the hair with a good shampoo (for a list of customer approved shampoos click here)
We highly recommend double cleansing, and make sure you lather the entire head for at least 15-30 seconds!
Do I need to wash it out everyday?
It depends on how much product you apply to your hair. If you apply a lot of the balm to the hair, the product may build up in the hair and require washing.
What a great product. The smell is divine - pineapple, because I got the mini I'm able to use it on the go. I did my hair in the car before I was going to watch netball. No fly aways all day, hair didn't feel greasy, felt so soft. You don't need to use alot of thr product either. Well done, absolutely brilliant. Product was put on at 10am, this photo is 5pm without needing touch ups.

Does exactly what they say it does - works on everything from the stubborn stand at attention greys to the soft wispy baby hairs! Smells delicious and the brush is an absolute must- love it
Absolutely love, easy to use and apply and the smell of it is so good!! Was unsure how the “paste” would dissolve but it literally glides right on with the brush to the hair! Can’t recommend enough
