Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods (ie beauty products).

Exchanges & Refunds
If the item is defective or damaged please contact us info@flyawayaus.com and we can evaluate the eligibility for an exchange or refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your enquiry to let you know if a refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have chosen to exchange an item you will receive your new shipping details via email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost.
